RESERVATION STAY DETAILS

There is a 2 night minimum stay for all reservations. Please see the lodge rates section for pricing for each day. **All prices are subject to change without notice, but will not change after you've made a reservation.

 SALES TAX

 A WV 6% sales tax will also be included on the full price of your reservation. Anything else purchased will also be subject to a WV 6% sales tax.

CHECK IN&OUT

Check-in time is 3 PM & Check-out is 11 AM.   

 LOST  ITEMS

If you left something in the lodge after you left we'll take those items and store them in a safe-place. You'll need to contact us to see if we've found these items. If in the event an item has been obtained, we'll make arrangements with the person(s) for mail delivery.

UN-RETURNED LODGE KEYS

Lodge keys that are not returned upon checkout will result in a $10 deduction of your Security Deposit return.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

There is a 100% Refundable--  $100 Security Deposit that will be added to the total of the rental. This deposit will be returned via mail after rental has been cleaned and inspected for any damages and/or theft. You are responsible for giving our representative your address to send a money order of your security deposit back. Note* Trail Riders escape is not responsible for money orders/checks being lost in the mail. You'll need to contact your local USPS to track and confirm your package. 

GUEST NOISE CURFEW

**ALL guests are expected to respect the property and the neighbors by not engaging in any illegal activity and keeping noises and/or distractions to a minimum after 11:00 PM EST. If these problems do occur, all guests will be asked to leave the property with no refunds. (Including your security deposit).

 LODGE RULES

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING RENTAL- The Logan County law states you must be at least 15 ft away from any business entrance before smoking can commence. You may not smoke in Lodge, for you would be breaking the law. Quiet time starts at 11:00PM EST stated before. NO ANIMALS PERMITTED INSIDE OF LODGE.

 RESERVATIONS

Upon making a reservation, a deposit of 1/2(half) of the FULL rental price is due within 10 days. If we do not receive your deposit within 10 days, your reservation will be cancelled. We accept personal checks & money orders before you arrive.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS WHEN YOU ARRIVE. 

CASH ONLY/ OR MONEY ORDERS UPON ARRIVAL.

 If you’re paying the rest upon arrival. There are ATM machines located at various points in area for cash withdrawal.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations received 30 days in advance will receive a 100% REFUND.

Cancellations received under 30 days can be subject to a fee.

Cancellations receieved  less than 15 Days WILL BE  subject to a  fee of your deposit. (As shown below)

15 Days- 25% of your deposit.

10 Days- 50% of your deposit.

5 Days- 75% of your deposit.

NO REFUNDS FOR FAILURE TO SHOW, INCLEMENT WEATHER, OR EARLY DEPARTURES.

 CHECKOUT

 When checking out, all dishes must be washed-dried and put away. All trash must be discarded and placed in trash can outside. Please turn off all lights, small appliances etc. Leave both rental keys and lock both doors when leaving.

Are you wheel-chair accessible? Answer: Not currently equipped.

Can I bring any pets? Answer: No pets will be permitted within the lodge. We apologize for this inconvenience, but we're thinking about future guests in mind.

Are you small-children/infant friendly? Answer: YES!, they'll be plenty of space for kids to play within the lodge without being trampled on.

How old is the lodge? Answer: August-September 2009, Renovations are nearing completion were opening up this August-September 09 to the public.

What forms of payment do you accept? Answer: We accept Money Orders/ Checks 10 Days before reservation through mail.

We accept ONLY cash in-hand on arrival no personal checks will be accepted on arrival.

NO CREDIT CARDS can be accepted once you arrive.

You may visit any local ATM to withdraw cash.

Photo Service will allow our site members to post their pictures of the Hatfield McCoy Trails. Please keep the pictures to trail related. If you post random pictures they will be deleted, and on your second offense your site membership will be revoked. This service is NOW ACTIVE. YOU MUST BE A MEMBER TO RENDER THIS SERVICE. VIDEO

Video Service will allow our site members to post their trail videos. Please don't post anything other than trail related or they'll be deleted. On your second offense your site membership will be revoked. Videos will be hosted via YouTube Service to ensure minimum bandwidth is used from our website.
